"Today was our first visit to Commonwealth Automotive Center. From the start, the experience was like no other we've had at other repair shops. The reception/waiting area is clean and almost futuristic. Chris, who provided exemplary customer service, shared with us what the diagnostic fee would be and then showed us to the coffee station. While we were waiting, the owner of the company, Darius, came in with his dog Charlie. Friendly dog, friendly owner! Darius brought my wife and I on a tour of the facility. Every piece of equipment they have is brand new. The service area was nearly spotless. You can tell that they take pride in where they work! In the end, we found it was our water pump that was the cause of our troubles. We received a very fair repair quote and will be back in two weeks for the new pump to be installed. All in all, Darius, Chris, and Nick (the lead technician) went out of their way to be warm, welcoming and professional - all at great rates with a smile. I would highly recommend that you visit Darius and his team for any of your automotive repair needs. First class all the way!"
