If you have a transaction that would benefit by paying higher prices than many other attorneys charge, Hudkins Law can provide this. If you are a couple needing an attorney who will ignore the female member and decline to answer her questions, Hudkins Law can provide this. If you'd like your deed returned without the usual notice of how it was recorded at the registrar, Hudkins Law is able to do this. I was not criticizing the basic fee for the closing; there were other ancillary services offered which, after speaking with other attorneys, I elected not to purchase. If your attorney fails to tell you the volume and page where the deed was recorded (this is the first time I've had that experience) you can easily obtain that information from the registrar of deeds."
