"Rude. Unprofessional. Insulting. Called our vehicle "disgusting." Last I checked, people bring their car to be detailed because it is dirty. I paid for the most expensive option, was forthcoming about the pet hair and then had to listen to the ranting and raving about how they don't make money if a car has pet hair. As well as additional insults and vomit emojis."
