The next day they said they found a lien against my property. Then they contacted the creditors without my permission severely limiting any leverage I might have to negotiate with them. On top of that they have held my money back and haven’t made all the payments from the HUD closing paperwork they are legally required to. They are very slow in responding to my emails. Be careful dealing with this organization!"
