"I brought my 2017 vehicle in for inspection. I was told it wouldn't pass as they found a ball joint with "excessive wear". Price quoted was $610 ($475 for ball joint replacement and $115 for a required alignment after repair). I told them I'd make an appointment after checking my schedule and left with an inspection failure report. Sounded expensive, so next day I visited another service center for a quote (just to compare pricing). After checking it over, he said the ball joint was fine and DID NOT require replacement! A third mechanic confirmed the ball joint was not loose, worn, or defective in any way he could see. He wondered if mechanics at VIP have an incentive to sell parts when they do an inspection. I have no idea if that's true, but I DO know VIP has seen the last of me and any of my vehicles."
"I bought tires here two yrs ago and they are still in good shape. I love how you can go in and get air in your tires free of charge. When it got real cold, my light came on. I called and I was able to come right over. The guy was very polite and friendly."

I would advise to checkout the great services they offer and amazing prices and customer service is excellent they did an amazing overall inspection and informed me on what needed to be fixed. I couldn't believe how bad my cabin air filter was. Thank you again David for taking the time to show us and explain everything. My Corolla is going to be happy with new oil after 20 thousand miles without one."
