"Todd and his colleagues are amazing. I suddenly developed some eye issues and the prescription I was given didn't work. Todd insisted on re-doing the lenses FIVE times until I could see properly out of the lenses. (And these were lenses that I was putting in an old pair of glasses!) I couldn't have hoped for more compassionate treatment by nicer people, who couldn't have gone any further out of their way to help. Highly, highly recommend!"

"Incredibly open, communicative, helpful, and lovely people! I reached out via email to inquire about times to go pick out frames since I tend to finish work close to some businesses closing hours. Todd explained the hours and the options to me for meeting outside of them very clearly and was very patient and understanding. When I did get there, everyone was warm and welcoming even though it was so close to the end of their day. I never felt like a bother. They also have an INCREDIBLE selection of frames. So many colours, shapes, and styles to choose from! Their prices are great too, and you can pay in full or put down a payment and pay the rest at pickup. All around wonderful experience, I felt very supported. Thank you all!"
