As far as employment goes, their motto should be “come here and rise to the level of your own incompetence.” Living in Edgecomb means I’ll be going to the Bath YMCA from now on!"

"Do NOT leave your kids unsupervised here! My child was hurt under the care of the YMCA management and they continue to not be responsive to any of my questions. You can tell it is all about covering for themselves. We have gone here for years and I am shocked at the rude response I got from operations/management and how they interacted with my child. This place is not looking out for kids anymore."

"I cannot say enough about the complete lack of professionalism exhibited by their leadership team when I have engaged with them. The lifeguards and other ground floor employees were generally nice but watch out if you need to try to engage with the CEO or their person in charge of finances."
