"I live in New York so I was unable to purchase the ring in person. However, a friend of mine was able to go by the shop to view the engagement ring that I was purchasing, which was beautiful. This ring is a 14K yellow gold ring that had additional diamonds surrounding the center diamond. Rochelle was wonderful to work with but when the ring was delivered, diamonds were missing and the ring was not in the best condition. Work that had to be done to the ring included: re-tipping all 4 end prongs on the side where the diamonds were missing. My local jeweler also had to add metal to the center stone prongs because it was loose as well. He had to tighten all the stones and refinish the ring because it the condition was worn and had not been refinished. Paul was unreasonable to work with, as I offered to pay the full amount minus the charges to repair the ring. But he wanted me to mail my ring back, did not want another jeweler to look at my ring at all. I thought the most reasonable thing to do was just repair it close to home and he could just refund me the few hundred bucks. He made a pretty big deal about it so this went on for months - because I stopped the payment to get his attention. Well, I did get his attention and he finally agreed to refund the few hundred bucks and my partner loves the ring. Three stars because the experience was far from seamless; the ring was delivered with missing diamonds and worn and Paul was unreasonable to work with to ensure the ring was refinished properly so I could propose to my girlfriend that next week."

I visited the store to inquire about the shelf sitters (Bathing Beauties) my Beauty was in need of a beach ball replacement, which is impossible to find anywhere. I asked about the "possibility" of ordering just the ball...Rochelle took my name and number, we left the store, and not 5 minutes later she chased me down in a neighboring store and told me I was in luck. Not just luck, she handed me a replacement ball right then and there. I pulled out my wallet to pay and she said "NO CHARGE"... flabbergasted and speechless.
