"We agreed upon a plan with Doug and contracted for the service needed. This was completed within 2 weeks. The scheduled day had to be pushed out 1 day, and Doug gave us plenty of advance notice for this. (This was important since I work from home). Staff arrived on site at the scheduled time and completed the job that same day. Kudos to Doug Hayden and his team who performed the service, Nick Rube (sp.?) and his son, who were top notch professionals: courteous, polite, and respectful to us, and to our home.
