"Dropped a leaf blower there to get serviced. I called a few days later just to check up on it and the gentleman who answered the phone said "oh it's trashed or Junk. There is some dirt in the carb" something to that effect. Horrible way to deliver that message considering most guys are emotionally attached to their tools. I had that blower in the field with me for 3 years before this happened. There could have been a much smoother delivery of that message and Hey!!!... How about a call when you find out the machine is broken!!!So instead of me sitting around and waiting I could have promptly purchased another from them. Instead I just ordered online. They dropped the ball."
