He has done two neck resets for me - one on a National Resophonic and another on a Standard series Martin. Both came out playing just how I wanted. He also repaired a bridge plate on an old Gibson and gave it a nice setup."

"Brought two guitars to Alex, an older acoustic that needed the bridge repaired and a semi hollow body that needed to be set up. Alex pointed out that the frets were worn on the acoustic so I had those redone as well. Both guitars play great and now the acoustic stays in tune. Alex knows guitars well and hanging out his shop at the old saw mill swapping stories is a blast. A great experience all the way around!"
"I brought my '79 Epi to have fret work done. Alex also pointed out that the neck needed an adjustment. What I got was a guitar that plays better than when it was new. I spent two hours playing it when I got it home. Alex did a fine job and I will be bringing all my fretted instruments to Edney's Guitar.
