"I originally booked with an office in Sanford, and received a call from their staff stating that their system had double booked me and there was nothing they could do but reschedule me for a time that I would be at work. They offered no accommodations for their error and basically said I was SOL. I called Kennebunk, who couldn’t see me for a few weeks, and then called Biddeford. Though Biddeford couldn’t get me in, the woman I spoke with on the phone, Tess, was absolutely wonderful. She searched and found me an appointment time in Portland that could work for me and did everything she could to help me out. Excellent service recovery! Based on the interaction with the Sanford location, I was questioning still using HRB, but I’m hopeful my experience will be just as positive as it was with Tess! Thanks so much Tess, you made my day!"
