"This place, and John, the best. Although I am on SSDI and a small OPM pension the notice form 703 on back of my SSDI statement has a work sheet. AARP insists I need to file, a leading CPA in Dover the opposite. I called John and he said I could get a look see if I drop by. I am happy I came to HR Block over the years and delighted if I no longer have to file and owe 0. Thanks and see you soon. I walked away from the AARP in the Library but I am sure some of their clients are happy. (They previously said you can't file twice but I have)."

"Updated review: I had myself and my girlfriend do our taxes here since we had some new taxes that we’ve never handled before. Both of our experiences this time were in short, very unpleasant and unprofessional. The only reason why I kept the 3 stars is because the woman who did my taxes the year before who was wonderful."

"The tax professionals are both professional and knowledgeable. I always leave confident that my taxes have been done in entirity and correctly. I'm leaving 3-star review as I was left waiting 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time with barely an apology from the cashier and from what I presume was the manager. I understand that appointments can run long. However, 30 minutes is excessive."
