Recently I met one of their employees, Tracy, at the Scarborough branch. I bank in Portland and she works in Yarmouth. It was only due to a fluke in scheduling that I ended up in Scarborough. "Not customer friendly. They have call centers you can use. No one in the building can help you. We tried using the call center and no one answered and we called twice! Wow I just wanted to put money in my account. It was one of the worst experience at a five county credit union."

"Amazing location with Shared Branching capabilities till 8pm using the ITMs inside. The branch is all digital after 4:30. Members can open new accounts and loans using a smart office to speak with a rep in the call center. Beautiful branch, great hours and very nice member service."
