"I had called this firm in the end of the year to get some tax advice and questions answered. The individual I spoke with was very professional helpful and knowledgeable. About a week later I was so impressed I decided to see about having them do my taxes. I spoke and was supposed to get entered into their system to start uploading documents. The first day I heard nothing. The second day it was because someone called out. Having managed staff I figured sure it happens. Third Day I get nothing so I call... the number for the person I have is disconnected. I call the office they tell me they will call me back so and so is working from home. I get the call back I get into the system I start uploading documents. I hear nothing for a week. I call in and so and so is working from home and will call me back. Waiting to get a letter of engagement to start the process. I hear nothing for a week. I leave a voicemail Friday no return call. I call Monday and apparently someone was waiting on something. I decided too call a different CPA 27 minutes later all my documents are submitted everything is ready too go and they will be filing my taxes February 12th. This company impressed me when I called just for a few questions, I was honestly surprised at the lack of communication and follow through once I was ready to employ their services."
