"I bought a Camp that had shared utilities and right of way with an adjacent property and a deed that allowed the other party to use my dock but without any obligation to share in any expenses. My previous lawyer who handled my closing was useless in helping me with these issues and I suspect had a paralegal handle it. After contacting Elliott things quickly changed for the better. Elliott drilled down into the details, found issues with the deeds, and with his efforts we were able to resolve the problems. Elliott always responded quickly to emails - at times while on vacation. I found his fees reasonable and his advice spot on. He knows his area of specialty and you don't feel like you're having to pay someone for research time to look up the law. Over more than a year we communicated exclusively via email. My problems were fairly complex but Elliott was able to quickly distill them into the essential issues of law that guided me to resolve the problems. My only regret is that I didn't find Eliott to handle my original purchase."
