"Been a patient for 7 years. Last week I called and left messages 3 times with no return call due to an urgent need for an appointment (one ear without hearing and lots of pain). No one ever called back, but finally they answered my call live only to tell me the doctor was out for most of March and they could not get me in until the end of April (so... 8-9 weeks away) and encouraged me to go elsewhere. Pretty blatantly bad patient care."
"My family and I are very satistied with the services provided by Dr. Jorgensen and his team. My little brother had his adenoids and tonsils removed and ear tubes placed a few years ago. Service was great! My daughter just had her adenoids and tontils taken out along with lip and tongue tied release surgery on September 2022 and everything was outstanding! Michael the PA is so flexible, funny, understanding, and caring . He is also amazing with kids. Dr Jorgensen is an excellent doctor, super knowledgable and was always available after the surgery to answer any questiona after hours. Yes he is a man of a few words, but if you ask, he will give you any answer you need, he knows exactly what he is doing and his work is so beautiful! Cant even tell my daughter had multiple surgeries at once. Office wise, front desk staff is hard working and very decent, the waiting area could definitly use some upgrades, and more toys for the children. Medical assistants are always super friendly. Derry hospital is also excellent! The staff is super caring and provide excellent care on point. The only complain I have is that their waiting areas desperately need upgrades, you cant even make a hot coffee Or watch a good tv channel while your waiting for your loved one to go through surgery. Their audiology department is also amazing, they know exactly how to handle kida with special needs."
