"If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Dr. Quiles missed not 1 but 2 respiratory infections on my daughter. He's not thorough one . LET'S NOT EVEN GET STARTED ON HOW HES NEVER IN THE OFFICE. He's always away vacationing for weeks on end and doesn't ever have a back up doctor on call. THE STAFF IS SO TRASHY AND UNPROFESSIONAL, they called me from an unrelated phone number to tell me they were "so happy we were leaving the practice". What kind of professional practice is that? They are lazy and belong in the ghetto where they came from. NOT FOOLING ANYBODY."

"Worst doctors office ever. The staff is lazy and careless. They always look BORED and can't be bothered. My daughter needed a dental procedure done and she needed a check up. They never called me to schedule the appointment snd when I went there for my son whos been experiencing asthma, is when the front desk women literally had the form she needed under a bunch of folders and was like "oh yeah" Not to mention the number of times I've gone there for my son and trouble breathing and past issues with his lungs prior to coming to this office and Dr. Quiles has done nothing but blown me off UNTIL I showed up with my husband. Then and only then did he act like a doctor and listen. Every visit after that, I've gone myself and it was back to square one. Nothing was done he just prescribed a steroid over and over, I asked for a referral for a asthma and allergy specialist, he said "why? What are they going to do that I cant?" Now the final straw for me was when I went there to fill out the paperwork to have their records transferred to go elsewhere they said they would get it over soon. I've called multiple times. Once the excuse was "there are just so many patients ahead of you she hasn't gotten to you yet" the other times it was no answer or call back. The most recent time she told me the medical records person was on lunch and I gave the receptionist a mouthful. She stated "I will be sure to relay the message" yet nothing has still been done about this. I've filed a complaint with the BOH. This place is a JOKE! What kind of doctors office let's kids suffer ?! God forbid something happens to my daughter, but my son especially needs more immediate medical care and he is simply not getting it from these horrible people. Adding to the list of reviews. If actually view them, the 5 star ratings are randome people taking selfies of themselves."

"Honestly. Horrible. Take my daughter here and it has been an absolute nightmare. My kid has been having these red bumps pop up on her lip and I have no idea why. The doctor told me to tell my daughter to stop licking her lips and that would fix the problem! What??!! Are u serious? Didn’t recommend no type of cream or medicine. Didn’t tell me what the bumps could be. Wasted an entire hour for nothing and my daughter still suffering from these issues. Please keep your kids away from here!!!"

"I would give a zero if I could. I've filled out release forms several times to get my daugther in here. They've told me several times they don't have one for her, because they clearly lost it. I've been trying to get her in for over 6 months! Unacceptable! Taking my kids somewhere else!"

"BAD SERVICE FROM THE STAFF !!!!! THOSE PEOPLE ANSWERING THE PHONE ARE THE WORST!! AFTER YEARS OF RECEIVING THE SERVICE FROM DR QUILES WHO IS A EXCELLENT PERSON HAVE TO DEAL WITH THOSE ASSISTANTS IS THE WORST!!! HE DEFINITELY NEED TO CHANGE HIS PERSONAL ....ONE MOTH WAITING FOR THEM TO FAX A RECORD!!! A MONTH!!!! And have the balls to lied about they didn't receive anything??? Again Dr is a excellent person his staff are horrible people"
