"I had two packages that the FedEx app showed had arrived at this facility, but it was really unclear whether or not they were ready for pickup. FedEx’s phone line was of absolutely no help, but the person working the desk here took my tracking numbers and went back to look for the packages himself. It took a few minutes, but he found them. I’m guessing he didn’t HAVE to do that, and that someone else would have just told me to go home and wait for a text, but… he went the extra mile and I really appreciate it. Thank you!"
"Horrible customer service. No actual updates. Package late. First was supposed to be here by noon. Then 5p. It’s after 5 pm. Package contains biological matter that needed to arrive asap hence why we pay a stupid amount of money or PRIORITY OVERNIGHT"
"We have a controlled access building but driver made no effort to make delivery and just left a door tag. When I called I was told they couldn't hold the package at the facility, I would have to get there after the driver's rounds but before they close to get the package. If I did not intercept personally the package would be sent back to my vendor after 2 more attempts. No phone number to talk to someone locally. Unbelievable!!"
