"FedEx has to be the worst delivery service. I set a vacation hold in my profile 3 days ago and FedEx ignored it and delivered the furniture outdoors in the driveway. Seriously? That is how a vacation hold works?"

"Whenever I have a package scheduled for delivery on Sunday, it never arrives. I check the tracking status, and it consistently says "on vehicle for delivery," but it never actually gets delivered. At this point, I'm starting to believe it's intentional."

"FEDEX FALSIFIES THEIR RECORDS. Driver drops off deliveries on a busy state road instead of driving the packages to my house, then they record 'left at gated driveway'. No way there is any gate or any driveway. Driver is not driving down the street to my house to leave the package as per label directions. He is cutting time from his route by leaving it at the very end of my residential road, 1/2 mile from my house. The package is not secured, and people see it there and steal it while I am in work. The response to my FEDEX complaint did not address the driver or the label directions (which is the CAUSE of the missing packages) but instead sent an email saying "case closed - if the package has not been located I NEED TO CONTACT MY SHIPPER". Why would I spend my time correcting a FEDEX problem that is no fault of the shipper? Do I work for FEDEX? If I did I would fire the driver. This falsification occurs every time a shipper uses FEDEX!"

"My package was delayed. It had 20lbs of glass products in it. The delivery driver throws my package side ways on my porch. Surprise glass shattered everywhere in the box. There was no handle with care or fragile tape anywhere on the packaging. This happened all summer long with FedEx. The worst delivery"

"Scanned package as delayed for 3 days now. Pkg has been in this truck longer than it took to travel from California! The last scan says attempted delivery- this is false, I have cameras. Pkg was scanned within 1 min as being back at fulfillment center, an hour away. My delivery instructions (on account) say deliver to door, otherwise will be stolen. However this package REQUIRES A SIGNATURE. Called 800# - unable to open a case due to security scan. Was asked if I had gated residence - Nope. "Delay due to weather" has been used for days, prior to actual bad weather coming tomorrow. Maybe they can only select weather a certain number of times, so my delivery instructions provided an additional excuse. Now, when the actual storm comes the driver will not need to be accountable. I would say avoid this fulfillment center, but we don't get to choose where pkg's pass through. So maybe avoid FedEx."
