"The worst experience ever. The lab was so unprofessional. I needed a specific test done for school or else my internship would get cancelled and surprise the lab forgot to perform the test which I had travelled an hour and twenty minutes for. Then I called them and told them my situation and the first person said the results I needed were in and they'd fax them over to my school (I confirmed the results that I needed) and he still sent over the wrong results to my school. I called again and turns out the lab made a mistake and never performed the test. THEY WERE SO UNSYMPATHETIC with my situation. and now all thanks to their mess up my internship will be getting cancelled. They basically said "oh well, we cant do anything about that" Do not come here, I have only heard of bad experiences."

"I've been to baystate reference labs plenty of times in the past year without giving my licence to the reception lady to keep until my bloods drawn. Not only was the reception lady incredibly rude about this but she also informed me id have to wait 20+ mins to be called while my newborn son is with me and crying non stop. All this waiting is because she can't look up my order and fill out the lab form in a timely manner. Then i get to go wait in another waiting room for longer. Other people in the waiting room were also complaining. Seriously get less cranky reception people that aren't snail slow. I know plenty of people looking for work that actually want to work and can provide good customer service."
