"Poor customer service. The support team behind the doctors are sub par. You can never talk to a live person. Referrals take 3 weeks to get and all the information on them are incomplete. No one calls you back. They take almost a week to respond to prescription refill request ask for by the pharmacy. The care you get from the doctors is great. No issues there. But don't leave the office without the referral or prescription in hand. The options in their phone system allows you to only leave a message.They never return your call within 24-48 hours as they state on their message."
