"This company is the worst! I call to reschedule an appointment due to an emergency and am told that I don’t have an appointment- I have the paperwork I was emailed and NEVER cancelled the appointment! This is the second time I’ve had an issue with them. I recorded the call in case I’m told I was a no show. Unacceptable!!!"
