"The NP was awesome. Very respectful and responsive. HOWEVER.. this place is run by the worst of people. They do not know what they are doing. The administration staff are absolutely horrible at their job and I'm almost certain the entire place, minus the providers, are outsourced. There is no communication between departments and they have, on several occasions, tried to double dip on my co-pay. The providers need to get up and out of there. This place needs to be shut down and investigated."
