"New Dimensions is NOTHING like what Taconnet or any of the other credit unions it has merged with- no, it is just awful instead. Do not expect to see any of the same faces that you once did- they have all left in mass exodus. The ones that remain are the worst in the bunch. Claiming unemployment during the pandemic is much more preferable to working for a corrupt institution such as this. Do not give this establishment any business, let it rot into oblivion like it deserves."

"Since New Dimensions took over Taconnet, the service level has dropped significantly. They went from "small-town" friendly and helpful to the "corporate banking" stereotype of profits first, members last. If there was more choice in the area, I'd find a different credit union."
