McGovern Subaru

"TLDR: HIGHLY recommend the service department. I've been to McGovern several times for regular maintenance and the service has always been good, nothing special. They clearly have made some changes to their service department recently though, in the best way - the past few times I've been there have been nothing short of outstanding. I worked with Anthony when I went in for an oil change last week and after mentioning a coupon they had on their website, he went beyond that to give me an even better deal. And since then, both Anthony and Sophie from the service department have followed up with me to make sure I had a good experience (just for an oil change!). I've lived in the area for awhile but will finally be making the switch to getting all of my regular maintenance at McGovern :)"

"I had such a great experience buying my Subaru! The staff at McGovern are very nice and helpful people! I have only good things to say about my experience! Working with Nate helped me identify which model package I wanted and he made everything very clear and easy to understand. He even went out of his way to help me unpack my trade-in and load up my new car! Very helpful. Office is very clean and comfortable with snacks and drink. Would absolutely recommend!"

"Awesome service, helpful staff, and a great environment to get a great new car. I'll be back for another car in the future, after I get a lot of fun and good use out of my outback. Adding onto this post they are pushy with reviews so that's kinda annoying. Also I am paying for the bells and whistles + some, I payed 2300 dollars for a treatment to be done on the paint as well as the interior and I feel like nothing was done because they would have made sure the interior was cleaned properly before applying. No matter the next thing that got me is they sure don't seem to have the tech guys on the same page as the sellers because when I bring my car back in the same month because I notice a chip and a Crack on my windshield. I bring this to the attention of the service and his 1st response was you have to get ahold of your insurance, when I had payed for several features that are covered under the dealership including a secondary insurance that covers everything mechanical and electrical not just lubricated parts, as well as glass and tires coverage. So without checking my file he just wanted to avoid the problem. Also never should have pasted inspection with the Crack in the window. They infact are unable to do glass replacement on site and only do minor repaire if the guy is on site. Not worried I will bring it back for any issues until they give me a reason not to. But for now I will take 1 star from the initial 5 star."

"My experience was great! I did my research before coming in and knew what I wanted and was ready to buy. My salesman, Ryan, was super down to earth and helpful. Neither he or the finance manager were pushy and respected my choice to decline an additional warranty. We noticed after I picked the car up that the gasket on the sunroof was torn and a clip on the door panel was broken. They immediately scheduled me for service, covered all repair costs and gave me a pretty sweet loaner. The repair was done in a day. Everyone from sales to finance to service was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely look to them for my next vehicle and recommend them to friends and family."
