"This is partially a response to the negative review above which I was surprised to read. Our experience for the last 7+ years has been very positive: they (and more so Dr. Chang) listen attentively and answer questions at length! The front desk folks who are always crazy busy is a slightly different story, but even they take their work seriously. We've been very happy with the care our daughter gets from Dr. Chang and other doctors in this facility. If you child is sick, you can get appointment the same day including weekends."
