"Dr Colleen Vitale has been nothing short of incredible to our son. The day after our son was born, she was there to meet him and came even the next day when we were being discharged to make sure some levels she was watching were headed in a positive manor. She is also extremely visual when it comes to the developemental behavior of a child and has a great intuition on when a specialist is in order. If there is even the slightest chance of a need for one of her patients, she and her staff will jump through hoops to get paperwork completed, referrals sent, even calls to push for an earlier appointment when possible. The knowledge she brings during these discoveries is just another way she demonstrates her dedication for her patients. She's a true advocate to those she cares for. Choosing her as my son's doctor was the first and best decision I could have made for him as his mom."

"Horrible practice!!! My son has been here for 16 years. Vitale has ALAWAYS been an overbearing, self-righteous, and a control freak with a God like complex. Things were not great the first 8 years. They've been ok till a month ago. When she publicly embarrassed my son in front of everyone, locked him in a room with his girlfriend after threatening to throw her out, and called the police. All because my 16yr old son didn't feel well and I had to send him by Uber for the visit. My car was in the shop, not to mention I just had major stomach surgery 3 weeks prior and could not drive. He was misdiagnosed with appendicitis, of which was a UTI infection, NOT even close. All of that for NOTHING!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD THERE.!!! She violated mine and my childs rights and forced him into the ambulance, when I said NO!! My husband was on the way home and WE were going to take him in to Hasbro to get a second opinion. Thank GOD they have real doctors there. I DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE!! I wish I could rate a 0 also."

"Dr. Vitale and Dr. Concannon are wonderfully knowledgeable and professional. After going here for a few months I'm going to edit my review. The drs are wonderful and that stays the same, but the wait time can be outrageous and the receptionist (there's only one) is very, very slow. This is very frustrating. Edit 2: they’ve expanded and added more desks and receptionists. The waiting room is clean and cute, there’s never a long wait, and the drs and nurses and receptionists are all fantastic! My boys actually like going to the doctor and I feel like we get wonderful healthcare and friendly faces."

"I have been going here for 16 yrs. The office staff Marsha and others very friendly and empathetic to my calls in a panic. The MA Keyondra also friendly and kind. Dr Vitali is thoughtful and spends time explaining. She is understanding and easy to talk to. With 3 kids lots of fevers broken bones strep throat ear infection and many other things. I would highly recommend this practice."
