"I was pleasantly surprised at my experience with reflexology. When Rachel workes on my feet ( and what could be better than having your feet massaged?) I go into such a relaxed state, sometimes dozing. Incredibly, as she works on places on your feet that are sore, they correspond to places on and in your body that are problem areas. When Rachael finishes her treatment, I feel like I've had a full body massage, ( without the soreness that often follows massage) I'm so relaxed that I often go home and nap. I have noticed marked improvements for the problems that drove me to find another therapy to compliment acupuncture and chiropractic for chronic problems. I feel that Rachel gives me her undecided attention during each hour long treatment. Well worth the time and reasonable fee."
