"We love this pediatricians office and have been taking our 5-year-old son there since he was an infant. The staff is very kind and patient with children and Dr.DeNicola is a wonderful pediatrician. They are very responsive to questions via phone and are always reachable through the after hours line. I’m so happy with this office."

"Warning: Not a good review: We have been going to Children’s Heath Center since moving here when it was just Dr. DiNicola and one PA. Over the past 6 months, their quality of service has been less than par. My daughter was sick and out of school for 2 weeks. The office did not order any testing to try and find a diagnoses, I had to demand for labs to be drawn. Although they were abnormal - after reviewing them myself, I was told they were normal. No additional testing was recommended. I had to take matters in my own hands and scheduled with an ENT, a Pediatric Neurologist, an Allergist. The things that were said to me were “Maybe it’s hormones, maybe it’s an intestinal infection, maybe this is a virus - Just push fluids…”. I’m sorry - that is not OK. If you don’t know what’s wrong, you keep searching. You send out your patient for referrals - to specialists. Now she has had a fever of 103+ for 3 days straight. Took her in, they did a rapid strep which was negative. That was it. No test for other respiratory pathogens, no test for Mono - Which Dr. DiNicola mentioned to me has been going around. So she suggests - “why don’t you bring her tomorrow (Monday - today) and I’ll leave a lab order for them to run those tests. “ Well - that would have been smart to do in the first place, but fine. The following day - the office says - “I’m sorry there is no record here of Dr. DiNicola requesting additional tests. We’ll let her know and you can bring your daughter in as soon as we get that order.” Well - still waiting on the order but in the meantime have an appointment at PM Pediatrics and will be changing to another practice. CHC is fine for a simple ear infection. Beyond that - I would be hesitant. I am a PA myself. If I treated my patients with so little regard and no thought whatsoever, I’d have no practice. I wouldn’t trust this office for much. It’s a billing machine now with lots of providers, 2 offices and no regard for their patients and families. The only reason I’m giving 2 starts here is because they are open 7 days a week and it is easy to get an appointment for a sick visit. And to be honest, I’ve had great experiences with PA Parlavechio and Dr. Rocco Pascucci there in the past. Surprise - doesn’t seem they are working there any longer."

"This whole practice is amazing. From the team of doctors to the staff I am blessed we have found them. As a new mom being able to call anytime and speak to a physician if it’s after hours speaks words. Everytime I have called for a same day appointment one was available right away. I can’t believe anyone would write negative reviews. Please disregard those reviews they are 5 stars and beyond !"
