"If you're searching for a PCP, don't waste your time trying to contact this office. Save yourself the weeks of trying to speak with someone. Here's why... This is one of the few physicians our insurance covers. I was excited to see such great reviews and was pleasantly surprised their website showed they're accepting new patients! But despite calling several times (not being able to reach anyone) and filling out the 'schedule an appointment' feature on their website which automatically sends you an email saying someone will get back to you, no one contacted us. Finally, someone answered the phone today. The receptionist said they are not accepting new patients (even though their website indicates that they are). She said, and I quote, "We're not accepting new patients. We only see friends and family." Which now clearly explains the many 5 star reviews - they're ALL friends and family! I'm still in shock! I've never heard of a business who does this! Don't bother wasting your time here unless you're related to or friends with someone at the clinic."
