"The billing is atrocious. We agreed to a payment plan of $250/month. The statement comes asking for the full balance; after a few months of paying $500 the statements start threatening collection. I call Florida and the first 2 people I talk to don't know their a$$ from their elbow and are zero help. Finally in April I thought I had paid the full amount and questioned why there was a balance. The local financial person could not explain the extra approx. $700. She put a hold on the acct until it could be justified. In June I get a collection letter because I did not pay May while I was waiting on them to get back to me. It turns out that the estimate for my wife's radiation treatment does NOT include the planning of the treatment and it does NOT include getting her ready to start treatment, ie aligning the machines. None of my complaint is medical or about the care that she received, it is 100% focused in the sleazy business side, where you are no longer a patient."
