Felt more like family than a customer. I received great pre buy service with Ronald helping me make the right choice to fit my fishing style. Service on the boat was excellent with Frank making two trips to the water to dial in the prop engine combination while explaining the engine breakin procedures and many other important features of note. "So far 5 stars. Ordered a boat. GOT the boat and everyone has been absolutely amazing! They want you to know your boat before you drive off with it. They take the time to return phone calls and emails in an EXTREMELY timely manner. If they are busy with other customers they will make you aware so you aren't waiting around thinking/feeling like no one wants to help you. Honestly was scared from other reviews but our experience was GREAT!!!!!!!! Thank you ALL (because they all worked as a team it seemed)!"
