"I can’t express how much I highly recommend this place. The girls in the front are so sweet and welcoming! When I first started going I saw DR segil. He was the only one to figure out why I was suffering from chronic UTIs and the only one to find a solution! Once I was pregnant I started to see all of the nurses and doctors so when I had my daughter I felt comfortable with anyone I had. They all are amazing!"

"Jennifer Willard is the best I could ask for. She's kind, very informative, and really prioritizes the comfort of her patients. My first IUD she was frequently checking in on how I was feeling and she made it clear that I could stop if I needed. That assurance and control made me feel so relaxed and more confident."

"Judgmental environment for looking into BC for daughter. Both myself and my daughter left feeling disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Nurse was especially condescending. She even gave her side eye when my daughter said no to the question of have you done drugs. Had at least 6 staff sitting in reception staring at us on way out (daughter noticed not me). Called and spoke to our pediatrics office and the Pediatrician said they don't usually send clients to that office. I went because I had three kids through their ob. Will never recommend this office to anyone."

"I was supposed to be a new patient here, having recently moved to the area. I scheduled my appointment back in November and the earliest a doctor could see me for an annual was April. Yesterday in the mail I received a letter -- not a phone call -- stating that "the doctor will not be in the office at this time. We have cancelled your scheduled appointment. Please call the office at your convenience to reschedule." After waiting almost 6 months for an appointment, I most certainly will not be rescheduling here since no one had the courtesy to reach out in a more professional manner."

"Beware of Dr Mcgann!!! I am a high risk patient who also has a extreme fear and anxiety with doctors. I inform her of that and assume that we were on the same page. Two days before my surgery I was told I needed to do an ultrasound. I was thinking that sounds easy nothing serious, well it was just not an ultrasound it was far more intense. The next day I was scared I was thinking did I miss something with my doctor, is the surgery more intense. I realized I needed to talk my doctor and make sure we were on the same page. Instead of being supportive she was just nasty and rude. She said since I didn't feel comfortable that she wasn't going to do my surgery. She had no intention of making me feel better and now I am feeling did I choose the right doctors office all together. If you want someone who will make you feel like you matter and understands people who have fears. I do not recommend Dr. Mcgann I would definitely look elsewhere."
