"One star due to the inability for the scheduling department to do their job. Asked for a Monday appointment with my doctor with no rush to be seen. Nothing was available within two weeks so they were not able to book me an appointment… I was on the phone with the scheduling department. How a doctors office is unable to book outside a two week window is beyond me. Great job making it difficult and frustrating to be seen and take care of yourself."
