"The RN we worked with at this office never returned a call within 24hrs as stated on vm, was flippant in the way medication was prescribed, often could not remember the dosages and asked us but mostly quite full of themselves and their very cushy set-up. The therapist we worked with did none of those things but was quite ineffective. If you are looking for good support and accountability this is not the place. As others have said reaching this office live is impossible. If I could give a zero star, I would."

"I called looking for help june 19, 2019, a woman took all my information, called me back and tokd a man named Mark would call. August 22, 2019, a man named Drew from another company calls me and asked me I was still looking for therapy. 2 months later....Really??? The company I called never called me again, but my personal information is passed around to others. What kind of therapy is this? I feel so violated and unimportant, just trolling for my insurance. Sounds very illegal"

"I couldn't disagree more with the reviews below. I've had a handful of therapists over the years--some I've connected with; others less-so--but I would never give them, or any therapist for that matter, such a negative review. Therapy is largely what you* make of it. What I appreciate and value the most about my years of therapy with Harriet is that she makes that clear from day one (without actually saying it.) This isn't the place for those that want someone to "fix" them, but if you're looking for a therapist to facilitate growth, maturity, and self-efficacy, I strongly recommend Harriet Johnson. She cares about her clients and I credit my wellness as an adult (humble as it may be!) to our sessions."

"Negative reviews often come from individuals that don't like what they are told, or hoped they would be told what they wanted hear. I have had a fantastic experience here. I have been a patient for almost 3 years and truly feel blessed. Best I have felt in a very long time. I don't know if this is true of everyone there, but I think that they primarily listen and "diagnose" and then prescribe medicine or advise on a course of action. I don't think their main priority is therepy, I believe people go to counseling elsewhere. Again I might be wrong, but I only go once a month, or more if things are bad. The state of Massachusetts requires you to be in counseling if your in need of medication to treat the disease. Otherwise you can't be prescribed medicine long term. Maybe that is why people are not happy there. If your just looking for Xanax and Ativan to treat your "anxiety" your better off moving out of state."
