Our therapy sessions address common issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. We provide personalized counseling and treatment to help you gain motivation, perspective, and joy in life. Our therapists are equipped to guide you through the process of grief and healing, using advanced techniques and traditional therapy services.
In compliance with the No Surprises Act, we are committed to transparent billing practices and informing patients of their federal rights and protections against surprise billing. Our therapy sessions are $150 each, lasting 50 to 60 minutes. Please note that starting January 1st, 2023, our family/couples therapy rate will increase to $175 per session.
We are currently in-network with Cigna Insurance only. Please verify with your insurance provider if your outpatient behavioral health benefits are covered under Cigna. Couples therapy, pre-marital therapy, and marriage counseling may not be reimbursable by most insurances, but adult family therapy may be covered. Appointments are by scheduling only, with daytime hours available Mondays through Thursdays. We strive to respond to emails promptly, but due to high demand, there may be delays in our response time.
