"They don't return calls or emails. Their system to pay online doesn't work. And now their website is down. Just terrible."

"They don't even deserve one star. I was referred there for neuropsych testing. I filled out intake forms requesting testing. Started therapy, had medication appointment, and was told testing was a 5 month wait. This was in April. Was told no medication could be prescribed until I had testing done. Asked if I could do the testing outside agency and was told no. Found out about a month ago after leaving multiple phone messages with no return call that the medication doctor Lisa N. Never put the referral in to have the testing done. Now the wait is a year. I have left messages for a call back from the clinical director and CEO. My therapist also left back in June. So no therapy, no medication, no testing, i just have to wait until it becomes a crisis before anyone will help. The did email asking what my availability is so the could reassign me a therapist. I emailed them back that it was the same as when I first requested therapy. That was a month ago and still no follow up."

"Awful. I filled out many required forms in their office and was told they call. A month goes by and they tell me they're waiting for discharge summary from Hospital. then im told I need to fill out several forms on line and email them in. I did and another month goes by and they say, Oh, none of out therapists take blue cross. Total elapsed time 3 months. find somewhere else."
