Paradigm specializes in marriage, family, individual, and trauma counseling services to effectively address a variety of heart issues and interpersonal dysfunction. We aim to serve New England by providing a space where the discouraged can find hope in Jesus. Our center offers Christ-minded curriculum, seminars, training, and resources to equip the saints for ministry.

"My time was wasted and I did not get the experience that my insurance payed for. I’ve spent a year with the counselor at this facility and clearly she was not the right one for my needs. My last session I had she stated to me “maybe I can’t help you” well if you knew you couldn’t help me you should of told me that from the beginning. Her excuse was my career choice. I made the attempt to meet with her weekly through video chat recently and still no progress was made on her end. All my sessions I had I did most of the talking she barely responded to me. There was no treatment plan given. There were no real goals set in place for me to cope with what I was battling with. Instead of blaming the client the therapist should evaluate themselves and know that if a client leaves the session dissatisfied clearly there’s something wrong. The client should leave each session feeling some sort of relief and their needs are being met. Not every therapist is good some are bad too. Some just either need to call it quits and find a new career or just retire already."
