"A relative of mine In great need of therapy called there. They never returned her call. She called multiple times and left multiple messages. This young lady was struggling horribly with mental illness and this practice Made her struggle more. When another relative finally called to attempt to advocate for this young lady she was yelled at by the secretary who picked up the phone. I can't imagine why a therapy group twould want to inflict more pain on their patients."

"7 years ago, my child was seen here. I made it through the assumption that I was a horrible over involved acton parent. We went to a screening with the psychiatrist to talk about add. He said it was just anxiety. And they basically let us go. 6 years later, had a neuropsych done and he has inattentive ADD, slow processing, extremely high verbal cognition but the damage was done. If they understood young people better back then, I truly believe our current situation would be much better"

"A bit of a quirky place and hard to get through the screening process to see a doctor. The infrastructure needs work. Phone system is very poor and there have been several times when the receptionist has not paged my Dr and I've lost 15 to 20 minutes of my appointment. However, there are some good doctors here so once you get all set, you can get some good treatment."

"I was a little bit put off with the intake process. The woman was kind of rude. BUT....it was worth it. They got my son in to see someone in a week which is amazing. The counseling thus far has been a great success. The person he is working with is amazing and is very good at connecting with him which can be hard with teenagers. I have seen nothing but positive changes with him since we started coming here. I would definitely recommend it. Don't let the initial process scare you off!"

"No clue how their doctors are. We didn’t make it beyond the phone screening process. They are listed as taking patients... but they aren’t. If you are in need of help, be prepared to plead your case to the intake coordinator and hope that the doctors find you “worthy” of their time. I get that they are in high demand - but when I got the call that the doctors’ case loads were too heavy to take on a new patient, I asked for a referral. I was told to call my insurance company and get a list of doctors accepting new patients. Guess who is listed as taking patients? You guessed it, Boundaries. The intake coordinator was unhelpful and indifferent. An incredibly frustrating and defeating experience for someone seeking support."
