"The most awesomest place to practice Yoga!! I highly recommend HeartnSoul Yoga! Bonnie is a very caring compassionate teacher and offers a variety of yoga classes. She has Aerial Yoga with silk hammocks, its the latest most popular Yoga! Its fun and safe for all levels of experience and if you keep coming to class you will greatly increase your strength and flexibility to achieve more postures. I love Restorative Yoga with live acoustic guitar music with John! Very relaxing and healing Bonnie has you do gentle yoga poses and comes around and gently massages each student in neck and back.. This class is great for folks that spend their work days sitting infront of a computer..you stretch and restore your muscles and work out that tension. Also available are Other classes throughout the week plus Massage, Belly Dance Classes, Mini retreat workshops, Wellness fairs, and Gifts for sale. Plus more!
