They are a Family run business with employees who have been with them as long which tells you not only are they excellent at what they do but they are great company to work for as well. Their team is courteous and they care about keeping their customers happy long after the pool has been installed! They recently repaired our automatic thermal cover the same guy who put the cover in over 10 years ago was back patiently explaining his work every step of the way! "We just received a call from Paula telling us that you will no longer be providing pool services to us after almost 30 years. When we asked why we were told it was Glamour Pools prerogative to do so. Is this how you choose to deal with us after all the business we’ve given you? We’ve spent over $1,000.00 just this year trying to get the pool running. Instead of helping us you drop us with no legitimate reason. We have always paid our bills promptly so that is not the reason. Why are you treating long standing customers like this? I would like a reason other than because you choose to. Richard Dupuis"
