Dr. Patton was very relaxed and friendly, obviously experienced and very easy to talk to. His exam was respectful, matter-of-fact, and gentle. we discussed several issues at great length and his answers and explanations were thorough and easy to understand. I did feel heard and absolutely not rushed. I’m looking forward to a continued relationship!"

"I absolutely love Dr. Patton, he is such an amazing doctor and is very knowledgeable. He will make sure to answer all of your questions and if you have your partner or a family member with you he also involves them and answers any questions they may have. Cooley is a fantastic hospital, I will never go anywhere else. My partner and I plan on moving down south eventually and I always told him if we ever had another baby we would continue to get treatment here because I love the treatment from the team. I had an awful experience with Baystate OBGYN, they made an appointment for my first OB appointment and when I went there for the scheduled appointment they waited to tell me they did not take my insurance and we're not very reliable when it came to not only getting my medical records but the accuracy of them also. The staff was unpleasant, my doctor was a nice guy but his MA was far from that. As soon as I left without being seen, I sat at Riverbend for 4 hours to try and get seen there, eventually left without being seen and told I was going to have to wait until March, by then I would have already been on my second trimester so I called Cooley, hesitant as they were a little further for travel but I am far from disappointed. Within a few hours of me calling and explaining my situation they called me and got me set up with an appointment and I do not mind the 25 minute drive because I know the care I will receive and I know the staff including the schedulers, medical assistants and doctors and midwifery team go above and beyond and treat me and my partner with such love and respect and make sure that all of our answers and concerns are addressed and they are always super helpful. I tell all of my family and friends to go there fo care, I see not only OBGYN but the neurologist team there and planning on switching my primary care to them also since they are that amazing all around. Way to go Cooley! If you want great care I would highly suggest them."
