"Really, finally, outstanding restaurant in the heart of Delmar, New York. If you haven’t come to Bethlehem to eat, it’s time! Origin story is cool. Reservations are a must, even for the bar at this time. Beautifully converted restaurant. Lots of easy parking. Food is elevated. Clean, ideal portions, beautifully flavored, unexpected fusion. Nothing was overpowered. Nothing was over sauced. Nothing was too salty. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Drinks are fun and delicious. Desserts are unique and equally delicious. They are fun dessert coffees that were on the first drink menu. If you don’t see something you thought you saw. Just double check with your weight staff. You can see their specials on Google, Facebook page. Handicap accessible. Very accommodating for food allergies. Nice flatware, real linens. Might want to consider water on the table or have it a request option or offered. Bathrooms are all genders status. Very clean. Tighter layout. Coat rack at the front is definitely a must. Only qualm is how fast can I get back. Enjoy."

"Outstanding! Best steak I've ever had. My brother and I went to Coray Kitchen tonight for the first time. Everything was exceptional. We split an empanada appetizer that was great. I ordered the steak and my brother got the pork chop special. The steak was amazing. Perfectly cooked, incredible flavors. My brother's chop was just as good. Our server, Kelly, was very nice and knowledgeable about everything we ordered. I will definitely be returning."

"Absolutely amazing dinner. The menu is small but top notch which I appreciate. We had the beef empanada small plate special which was great. I had the wild boar and veal gnocchi and my wife had the mushroom ragu, so good! Every staff member was really friendly and outgoing. If you like good food this place is a must try. I recommend making a reservation."

"My family and I went in for dinner. We did make reservations online which I do recommend. . I tried a dry red wine off the menu which was very good. We all had the squash soup, which was very flavorful. I had little neck clams with the house made fettuccine special. The portion was generous with plenty of clams. My husband had the pork chop which he said was cooked perfectly. My son had the Kale salad. To finish our meal We tried all three desserts that were offered, Each one was amazing especially the cheesecake. The entire staff were very professional and gave great customer service. Everyone worked so well together making sure each customer was being taken care of. I highly recommend trying Coray Kitchen."

"This place is absolutely incredible and exactly what this area needs . The food was exceptional and the service was top notch. Ordered the octopus, oysters and the pork chop and I was blown away by how delicious everything was. My wife and I cannot wait to come back and try more fantastic dishes!"
