"Never again, besides the fact they (Remodeled) stalls are puny. I cancelled my membership and they still took out the yearly membership fee so i called and was told to call corporate. Corporate informed me they do not issue refunds it’s the location that you joined at and yes i looked it up, they were not lying. I asked for the manager and explained to him that i was no longer a member and would like my 39.00 $ back that it’s not right for me to pay a year’s membership when i’m not a member. He told me so many business days and i’ll get my refund. Guess what? there’s no record of this and i have to wait till Tuesday to speak with him. Not happy with Sanford Maine Planet fitness at all. Theives plain and simple and sill pass the buck no matter what"

"Would be 4 or 5 stars, but showers are ALWAYS COLD!! Kind of a big deal. I work out before work, it's November, I dont want a COLD SHOWER! Lol I have told staff, no change yet ."

"For some reason the exact lunks that are supposed to be elsewhere, tend to be here often. Making noise, and smirking. Making judgy comments, all the stuff PF is supposed to remove from the atmosphere. Too many young kids from Brickhouse, are for some reason coming here. It makes me not want to go workout, when a bunchbof meat heads are hanging on the equipment, playing with their phones, and talking about people under their breath. Please go back to Brickhouse. Half of the staff is great. The other half are the friends of those same young kids."

"Here in Sanford Maine. They're not half bad. All the recently their communication of whether they're going to be open or not is about as inconsiderate as it gets. I love you planet fitness but don't have me drive 30 minutes just to find out that you guys are closed and turning into a library"

"What an amazing place to get ringworm! Dirty people not wiping down machines you complain and get told off by the young punk manager. I went in to cancel due to filthy conditions and was told " just don't have time it seems to exercise" guess that's what they are told to put down rather than the truth. Pure scumbag place keep your children away from here if they matter to you."
