"Very disappointed, will not be back. The first time I went here, no issues, the second time Haleigh did a lash lift and something went very wrong. As you can see from the pictures, the left side is MUCH longer and dramatic than the right and I look crazy. I called to ask, and was told to put oil on it, I wasn’t sure how, so she said I could come back and was nice about it. However this took up most of my day and I had to move other appointments around, just to leave looking almost the same. The second picture is days later it’s still bad. I’ve been brushing it out like they said. I was told my lashes are more thick on one side, but I’ve only gone here for a lash lift so why was this not an issue last time? It’s so frustrating because it is not cheap there, so I figured I was getting top notch service. I am so upset and I recommend going elsewhere!!!!"

The staff always makes sure I’m comfortable during my facial and lash appointments.
