Soco Cottage

"I really enjoyed my stay at SoCo Cottage in Old Orchard Beach. It was very cozy and super clean. The outdoor shower was my favorite amenity. The cottage had everything we needed, even a grill on the deck for some grilling! The beach access was walking distance and easy to get to from the cottage. It is fairly quiet during the day and evening. The Portland Symphony plays on the weekends next door at the Salvation Army Pavilion, so you'll get to hear some cool concert tributes from the deck as well. I loved the pancakes from JJ's Eatery on Main St. and the arcade is a ton of fun too! I will definitely return to SoCo Cottage when I am in the area again. Thank you Sorassa for making my staycation a wonderful experience!"

"We enjoyed a weeklong vacation at the Soco Cottage which had everything we needed. It was so cozy, warm, and bright throughout the cottage. It is a quiet and relaxing location close to the beach and local entertainment and restaurants. We highly recommend this cottage to anyone visiting the Orchard Park Beach area. "I had a great stay at SoCo Cottage. The location is awesome, close enough to the beaches but away from the hustle and bustle of Old Orchard’s Grand Ave. Beaches were in walking distance with ample parking around the neighborhood. Close to all the restaurants and even the Downeaster Amtrak that takes you all the way to Boston, MA or as far north as Bangor, ME. We took the 20 minute train ride to Portland’s Thompson’s point where you can find the childrens museum, breweries, food trucks, and big headlining concerts. The train runs until about 1am. The cottage is designed with such a modern beach feel. Showers had great water pressure and the outdoor shower was awesome!! We didn’t even feel the need to shower inside. We spent most of our meals on the awning covered deck. Grilled up meals on the provided cute grill and picked up steamed lobsters around the corner at beach lobster. Sorassa is a very attentive host. Was very prompt with response to any inquiry and made sure we had everything we needed. The cottage is equipped with WiFi so it made working remote very convenient during our stay. Definitely going back to SoCo Cottage whenever we are in the area! Thank you, Sorassa!"

"We stayed here for a night and couldn’t have been happier! The cottage was so quaint, whimsical, and so cozy and welcoming! The host was very attentive and accommodating and everything we needed was already there! Convenient to all that Old Orchard has to offer, and our favorite was the outdoor shower. We will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, clean, cozy place to stay!"

"SoCo Cottage is our favorite! Our family of four stayed there to celebrate my daughter's birthday. My daughter loves the beach! Our walk was a few minutes to the beach, amusement park and shops. We will be back again in the fall! Thank you SoCo for a memorable staycation!"
