While there were several times we started to have cold feet and anxious about all the requirements, Shauna calmed us down and helped us through the process. She delivered all our materials from Viking and added additional information that was extremely helpful regarding currency, what to pack, things to take care of before the trip, and much more. It was all organized in a folder and contained in her little white Fancy Fox bag. We used her luggage tags, sticky note pad and pen that she had packed for us!!!!
