"Terrible experience. The employee misunderstood when I asked to have my daughter’s ear pierced and thought I just wanted to buy earrings. After the purchase they explained that they shouldn’t have taken them out of the box. The manager told me it was my fault and she could not refund me. When I told her I wasn’t buying another pair of earrings she told me not to raise my voice (which I hadn’t.) They treated us terribly. They were extremely accusatory and unwilling to be understanding. The manager refused to give me her name so I took her picture. It was all so sad. We left and went to Banter."

"It was very small. With 2 adults and 12 year old and 2 tear old in small carriage. We sort of got stuck in the right rear when people came up behind us, and stuck their hands between us to reach for something. Hmmm. Next time I will go alone. It's a nice place."
"I took my daughter here to get her ears pierced today. The two women who were working were wonderful! They were very professional and made sure my daughter comfortable. It was a very enjoyable experience!"
