"Horrible program. Heat is not included in housing -maintenance guys are nasty. They treat people like garbage. The plow your car in if you file any complaint. During snow storms, you can't get home some places you have to sleep in your car all night cuz they won't plow. They allow other tenants to use our electricity and run up our bills. They tried making us pay for electric bills for other people and they won't fix it. Julie is nasty person. Don't believe that innocent demeanor. You're better off living in the woods."
